What can do our software for You. Imagine next situations
- Your sponsors have requested to you to make a report with the last performances of your
orchestra in a certain population.
- You want to make a press report with the audience of the concerts through the past year.
- You want to know how many times pieces of french (or any other nationality) composers were
interpreted in the performances of the last 10 years.
- The person in charge to coordinate the arrivals of the musicians does not have the telephone of
the soprano so that the person in charge of the hiring is unavailable but thanks to the agenda of
the program you have it immediately available.
- One of the trumpet musicians got ill but with the agenda we located immediately other musician
which replaces him tonight in the concert.
- We are going to make a trip to London and can immediately calculate the weight of the bulks
that there are to transport and therefore we optimize the cost of the transport.
- Somebody is going away to make a concert in tribute to the Finnish embassy and the musical
director does not remember if he has himself some score of Finnish authors. Instead of a manual
search in all the registry he finds out himself immediately by means of our data base.

Consultation of performances by conductor. Filter according to "type of director: orchestra or choir ",
according to "program" and interval of dates of performance. These three filters can be combined to make
powerful searches.

Screen with pieces by performance and soloists by piece. Soloists are added from “dossiers” (we also can
introduce the soloist manually) and pieces are added from the file “scores” (we also can manually create those
pieces that aren’t in the scores list of our orchestra).
In order to add pieces to a performance we can make a fast search by author and title.
In order to add soloists to the performance we will search by name of the soloist and his instrument or
specialty.
Button to calculate the total of audience by date interval.
